Making complex form journeys dependable.

Smart forms had to work clearly and reliably from the first field to the final signed document. My work focused on validating both the experience in the form and the business rules underneath it.

• Performed functional, integration and end-to-end testing across more than 70 smart forms.
• Validated UI components, field behaviour, form IDs, headings, document rendering, business rules and role-based access.
• Tested DocuSign integration and eSignature workflows, including OTP authentication, signature placement, multi-user routing, submission and status validation.

I tested the form as a person would encounter it—then followed each flow through authentication, document generation, signing, preview and submission. Close collaboration with Product and Business teams helped clarify requirements, surface defects and validate fixes in time for releases.
